Where you stand now
Three quick measures to end the week. You will take the same ones at the end of week 4, and seeing the numbers move is part of what makes change feel real.
Why measure something this personal
Change in patterns like this is slow and easy to miss from the inside. On a bad day it can feel as if nothing has moved at all.
Writing down a number now gives you something to compare against later. There are no right answers. The only useful number is the honest one.
Structured therapies measure at the start and repeat the measure later, partly to check what is working and partly because seeing change written down helps people keep going.
How strong is the pull toward your usual type right now?
How much do you trust your own judgement about who is good for you?
When someone is steady and kind to you, how attractive does that feel?
What did you notice about your pattern this week that you had not seen before?
Take this with you
You have a starting point now. Everything from here gets measured against it.
Finished week 1? Get it read back to you.
This reads everything you wrote this week and tells you what it sees, quoting your own words, naming what shifted between days, and setting one thing to do next. It is not a summary. Your week 1 review is free.
