Where you stand now
Three quick measures to close the week. You will take them again in week 4.
Why measure
When you are consumed by doubt, it can feel as if nothing ever changes. Numbers you write now let you see, later, whether the grip has loosened, whatever the truth turns out to be.
Structured therapies measure at the start and repeat the measure later, partly to see what is working and partly because seeing change written down helps people keep going.
How strong is the urge to check (their phone, location, social media, statements)?
How much of your day does the suspicion take over?
How clear are you about what you will do next?
What did you notice this week about your suspicion, and about yourself, that you had not seen before?
Take this with you
You have a starting point. Whatever happens next, you will be able to see what moved.
Finished week 1? Get it read back to you.
This reads everything you wrote this week and tells you what it sees, quoting your own words, naming what shifted between days, and setting one thing to do next. It is not a summary. Your week 1 review is free.
